我喜歡補習的最大原因？😁

The reason I wanted to pursue this field of teaching is because it's actually the way wherein you get to interact with different people with different age groups having various opinions and point of views. Teaching is the means to communicate with students and share your knowledge in the best possible way. It helps you to polish upon your skills by getting to know more about students' likes and dislikes and challenges and helping them out to overcome those challenges and obstacles which in turn makes you happy and satisfied at the end of the day. The feeling of being able to successfully teach students by making them practise and mastering the concept is incredibally rewarding experiance.

According to me: 1.Empatetic: Understands what it’s like to be a student who may lack confidence, feel stressed, be overwhelmed or just not understand the material. 2. Honest: Don’t hesitate to say that you do not know about a particular concept. Trying to bluff your way through will only hurt the student and your reputation in the long run. 3. Enthusiastic: If the tutor does not display a love for the subject they are tutoring, how can they expect the student to enjoy it. 4. Good Listener: The tutor should develop good listening skills so that they will better understand students’ misconceptions and errors. 5. Patient: This is probably one of the most important characteristics of a tutor. Never act annoyed that the student does not know something. Even if they ask the most basic question, always demonstrate your patience.

Hi, I am Shiza Khan. I have completed my graduation in Bsc. Life Sciences from Gargi College, University of Delhi, India. I initiated my schooling from Hong Kong in Sir Ellis Kadoorie Primary School till P-3. Later on shifted to India and continued with my Education in New Delhi. In my second year of Bachelors, I started working as a private tutor(all subjects upto class 9). Besides, I have been teaching my siblings for past 4 years. I have helped students develop their personal work ethic and helped them overcome learning obstacles. Working with young learners have helped me achieve confidence and gain knowledge dealing and interacting with different students. My hope is to continue teaching here agaian in Hong Kong and would love to equip our young minds with the skills and tools they need to succeed by creating a healthy and safe environment for them.
