Over the past years, I have been receiving helps from my teachers. I can never forget how the teachers taught us and how they answered my questions. Now, after my completion towards the secondary school, I am dedicated to give back to the society and help students who need assists. That is why I want to become a tutor. In addition, I truly know the entire dse syllabus and attained satisfactory results from the 2021 dse. Therefore, I am sure I can handle the post.我作為補習老師的優勢💪

I am Leo, a freshman in the university of Hong Kong studying actuarial science. In my first year of university, I joined lead for life programme where I met with many people. Through their thoughts, which inspired me a lot, I acquired communication skill and how to work in a team. With these skills, I believe I can handle my job.經驗
2-4Over the 4-month job experience in Genius Mind as a tutor, I know how exhausting teachers are regarding on their workload, but I also learn how to deal with students and how meaning the job is. On my first few days of teaching, I did not have any clear approach of teaching while the students were really naughty. As a result, students never listened to me. However, as I became more and more familiar with students, I switched my approach to become more interactive and I try to personalize my teaching style so that students can easily acquire the knowledge. After afew days of practice, this method appeared to be effective. Seeing students improvement, it has been a great satisfaction to me and I am thus very passionate in having more students.
