我的優勢是能夠非常迅速地適應學生的需求，因為我经常面对年輕的學生而他們的情緒和需求隨著他們的成長而波動。我觀察他們的需求和願望並調整我的教學方法以及通知父母他們的變化。雖然我採取有趣的方式，但我不忽視紀律，在我希望學生玩得開心的同時，我也希望他們遵守規則，待人有禮。如果他們表現得好，他們就會得到相應的獎勵。我能為學生做的最重要的事情🏅

I have a total of 4 years experience in teaching English, which includes work experience in JollyKids Education Centre and talent theatre as well as Private Tutoring. I teach Phonics, Cambridge, P1 interview preparation, reading, writing, oral, drama and English through arts. I adopt a Kinesthetic approach to teaching young Learners, incorporating games and activities to enhance their learning experience, also developing other skills such as fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and creativity.經驗
2-4I love the tutoring experiences I have, to nurture a student from a young age and be able to become part of their academic success in their lives is a rewarding journey, my students were able to get into their chosen schools and have attained good grades in exams and Cambridge. It also helped me grow as an individual teaching me how to have patience and adapt to different student's needs, becoming responsible for their growth is an irreplaceable experience.
